Experience The Difference

Get Stunning looking Websites for your business!

Each web company operates in various stages, and the web design process can be different from company to company. Each process, however, is based on a certain structure, a certain plan.

It teaches design university students about the key stages of research and planning that influence the web design process and about project management tools and techniques that can create workflow efficiency.

How do designers perceive the web design process?

We often think of the Web in a specific way: in content and code management systems. However, experienced designers know that the success of a web design is not determined by code, social integration or fashionable images.

This is because an effective website is based on certain steps, which are not just about writing code and using a CSS style.

Project definition

Organizations need to communicate their positions on issues to stakeholders and make the public aware of their products and services. Often, the need for communication is triggered by a change of strategic direction or a new offer. Identifying the reasons why a website is needed and what it entails, what its objectives are, is the first step in the process.

The challenge in this step is to limit the number of goals. Most organizations will have several goals for a website, and their demarcation is crucial. Therefore, we implement a very simple procedure that makes it easier for the client to explain what is wanted from the new website: the project planner.

After all the information and options are gathered from the planner, the project manager will know exactly how and to whom to share the specific tasks for the creation of the site.

Site development

With the approved visual and the prepared layouts, the time has come to expand the design of the pages, to develop the content and to perfect the structure of the site.

Of course, here customers can fill the site with all kinds of content: they can create videos, slide shows, podcasts and other materials that appear on the site.

In the meantime, web specialists will take care of the HTML and CSS structure of the site.

Website testing and feedback

Before launching the site, it will be presented to the customer on a production server, where only the internal public and those to whom we share the link can view it. Testing the site is essential, as there will inevitably be issues that need to be addressed before the site can go live.

There is nothing that dethrones a brand more than a new, promoted site, long-awaited by customers, that does not work properly, or that has mistakes or unsuccessful design elements. At this stage, the site will need to be reviewed across multiple browsers and devices (laptops, tablets, and mobiles) to see if there are any errors.

Launching the site

The big day has arrived. We tested the site, reviewed it, and it was approved by the project stakeholders. We are ready to launch. But once the site was launched, the project was not over - you should now be ready to address users entering the new site.

Site maintenance

Websites can be seen as living entities that need constant care and maintenance. Updating your content, changing your backend, and fixing broken links are all activities you might encounter during a workday. All these phases are essential for the web design process.

The desire to achieve a goal, to push the organization forward, to thrive in a competitive environment, to bring conversions, all these will motivate you to keep your site in shape.
