There are many web pages that do not have a page of who we are designed for what they are, to sell! Yes, this forgotten page on the web also serves to sell our product or service and statistically it is one of the most visited pages of a website therefore they should spend a little more time filling it with useful information for your visitors.
1- Start talking about your customers and not about yourself or your company.
Show your visitors that your company can meet the needs they are looking for, quickly explain what the main objective of the company is with the client and what you want to achieve in a few years.
2- Let your customers do the talking
To contract the services of your company or your products, your visitors need to know what your clients say about your work, so it will also be good to put some positive (and real) comments from your best clients, or if you prefer, include an award or accreditations that the company has achieved so that your visitors find more security in your brand and decide to be your customers.
3- Include videos or images
Consider using photos, videos, or infographics. If people are going to enter this page, it makes sense to try to keep their attention as long as possible. Photos do not necessarily have to be of each individual team member. Individual images of reps can get customers to visualize your company, while photos of an event in progress or opening can add character to your brand.
4- Tell your story, not your company's
If your brand doesn't have an interesting story, create it! Focus on the things that make you human. Give your company a personal touch, if your company is more than 10 years old, you don't have to count year by year, filter that information a bit and tell what your new client may really be interested in.
5- Show your address and contact details
The best clients are usually obtained if you are closer to them. Your contact details should also include your social networks.
There is no magic formula for the page “who we are”. If there was, you probably wouldn't need to have read all the steps above. A good way to test the process of creating this page is constant work until you find a good result.
Go testing according to the statistics and adjust the phrases, add images, change them, insert a video, etc., all focused on what the data tells you.
A good blog design is not just about implementing best web design practices; it involves much more than that. Unlike static websites, a blog incorporates much closer social media integrations to directly facilitate interaction with visitors. This makes the design task a little more difficult. Modern sites are made on the principle of social networks: almost endless scrolling down, many screens. A consequence of this design is the need to insert an "Up" button. If you look at some designers' resumes, and then in their portfolios, and then again on the resume, you get the impression that they don't really understand the difference between UI and UX. Good design is a good idea in an attractive shape. In some works of designers, the form suffers, in some - the idea, and in some - both. This is often due to the substitution of computer-generated effects for the actual design, and the inability to come up with a quality idea. A thought process […]
